DeepScribe’s ambient intelligence captures the full context of each visit and instantly recommends the right Evaluation and Management (E/M) code backed by complete documentation that supports your complexity of service.

Streamlined, compliant E/M coding

DeepScribe transforms E/M coding from an administrative task into an automated, intelligent workflow.

Our AI automatically tracks visit time, assesses medical decision-making complexity, and analyzes the patient-clinician conversation in real-time to select the appropriate E/M code – giving you back the bandwidth to focus on your patient.
