Ambient AI for Value-Based Care

Managing documentation, coding, and quality measures for value-based care is overwhelming.

DeepScribe ambient AI automates documentation, improves coding accuracy, and delivers actionable clinical insights at the point-of-care.

“With DeepScribe, our providers get a proven partner already applying its solution to help physicians with value-based initiatives.”

AI that delivers for value-based care organizations and their patients

We streamline and improve your most critical administrative tasks at the point of care. Developed for value-based initiatives, DeepScribe automates documentation, delivers real-time clinical insights and improves coding accuracy.

Specialty-specific documentation

Our custom AI is tailored to each specialty, producing complete, thorough clinical notes with an unmatched level of accuracy.

HCC intelligence

DeepScribe surfaces HCC codes that need to be recaptured as well as suspect codes in real time based on chart history and active visit conversation.

Context awareness

Relevant data from past visits automatically informs note for current visit - essential for effective continuity of care.

“As we migrate physicians into more of a full-blown risk arrangement, we need to have all that documentation. It needs to be trackable. Now all those things have come together, and the docs are super happy about it."

“Before I started the DeepScribe HCC pilot, I wasn't doing a great job in capturing how sick and complex my patients were. This truly has the potential to optimize notating the complexity of our patients, but also optimize medical billing."

Precise documentation helps improve code capture, accuracy and billing cleanliness - automatically.

96% patient satisfaction

When clinicians spend less time documenting, patients get more focused, face-to-face care.

"The first day, 15 minutes after the last patient left, my notes were finished. The next day, right before I went on vacation, 27 patients, with several new patients, were all done 15 minutes after they left the office."
